The voices you hear start with the Mayor of the Town of Canmore, Sean Krausert. He begins with a land acknowledgment, followed by a statement of how these lands are private, and how development of these areas was decided decades ago. We then listen to Councillors Jeff Maw and Wade Graham sharing their statements on the Three Sisters Mountain Village (TSMV) development. These recordings were from last year’s final vote by the Town of Canmore for TSMV; after already voting no previously, the Provincial Government stepped in to overturn the town’s decision.
